Overview

There are six standard E-mail communications that support the eAccess process.  All E-mail communications have English and Spanish verbiage.  The Spanish verbiage is presented after the English verbiage.  Each E-mail communication is triggered by an event. The 2021-2022 FAY is being used in the examples below.  

Parent Access Request    

Trigger: The student completed the questionnaire as a dependent student and has filled out the parent request section.

Format:

Parent Email Updated

Trigger: The parent has completed the steps in the Parent Access Request Email.

Format:

Parent Invitation Request

Trigger: The student completed the questionnaire as a dependent student and has filled out the parent request section.

Format:

Forgot Password

Trigger:  The student has selected the "Change My Password" option on the user login screen.

Format:

Change Password     

Trigger:  The student has logged into the site provided with the temporary password provided in the Password Reset Notification Email.

Format:

          If you did not request to change your password or otherwise believe your account has been compromised, please contact <Insert School contact information> immediately.

Registration

Trigger:  A student registers as a new student.
