Create Students From An Isir

Click Import Process in the Processes bar on your Dashboard. Then select Import ISIR, check the Create Student box, then press Select and browse to the file location, select the Campus and then press the Import icon. Once the file is imported, go to the Process Log to view the details.
The system uses the student's corrected Social Security Number on the ISIR for the initial match. If there is no SSN match, then the combination of (Date of Birth + First Name + Last Name) is used for matching. In setup, you can choose to use an alternative matching logic. The combination of (SSN + Date of Birth + Last Name) is available for the ISIR to match to an existing student record. The selected matching logic is used in the Import ISIR process and the ISIR Re-Process process.
