Via An Individual Letter
Communicating via letter is a multi-stage process. The first stage involves creating the letters for individual students. After you've created the letters for students, you'll use the Print Letter process to actually print the letters you've created.
Access the student record and click the Activity tab. In the Create Correspondence - Letter section, select the letter template to use, the period of enrollment to which the communication pertains and the SIS address type (e.g. permanent, billing, etc.) and then click on the Add icon.
A pdf copy of the letter is captured and retained in the Activity Log at the bottom of the Activity tab screen. You can click on the name of the letter to view and or print it.
