Clearing a Transfer Monitoring Alert

If a student has a transfer monitoring alert generated by NSLDS, the alert information will be displayed at the bottom of the award tab for the appropriate term/payment period and at the bottom of the student's History tab. Additionally, a task will be assigned for staff to review, resolve, and clear the alert for the student.
To clear the alert, go to the bottom of the student's History tab and click on the Edit icon. Then change the status of the alert to be cleared. This will allow for the Federal funds blocked by the alert to disburse in the next EST process provided all other disbursement eligibility criteria are met.
