Correction Of Overawards

If a student is in an overaward situation, you will see a negative unmet need and/or a negative unmet cost on the award tab.

An overaward report is also available to assist in identifying students in an overaward situation. Click on the Reports bar to access this report.
To resolve an overaward, you must do one or more of the following:

    • Increase the Cost of Attendance

In order to increase the Cost of Attendance, the student must submit a Professional Judgment Request

    • Reduce the student's resources

This can be accomplished via modifying the student's resources via the Award tab

    • Reduce the student's awards

This can be accomplished via modifying the student's awards via the Award tab
