Calculating SAP
The institution must establish a written policy related to determination of SAP status for the students. This policy is then entered into the system by the system administrator through the SAP setup page. At the end of each Period of Enrollment or Award Year, a designated staff member will run the SAP process.
Click the SAP Process in the Processes bar on your Dashboard, select the appropriate parameters and population selection and then click on the Calculate SAP icon.
