Reports: Student - SAP
Report Description
This report is intended to be used after the SAP process is executed. The report will return the results of the SAP calculation and new and historic SAP status for the student. It will also show those students whose SAP was processed by the SIS. The report can also be generated to confirm the accuracy of the SAP configuration choices and ensure the calculation rules are performing as expected.

Business Rules
- Earned Units are Progression and Transfer
- Attempted Units are Attended and Transfer
When "Include Historic SAP?" is set to
No - Only include records relevant to selected Term(s)/PP
Yes - Include the most recent historic SAP record for all students in the report regardless if the student has a SAP record in the selected Term(s)
Multiple records may be returned for the same student.
- The most current SAP record must populate the SAPStatusName and the associated SAP fields
- If multiple SAP records have the same SAP Date and Review Period as the most current SAP Date (Calculated and Manual records), use the most restrictive SAP status as the most current SAP status.
- The previous SAP status must populate PreviousSAPStatusName.
- If the previous SAP status is from a historic SAP record, the historic SAP status must populate the PreviousSAPStatusName.
