Report Description

Federal rules state that students must have SAP reviewed at the end of a payment period or academic year but at least every twelve months. Non-term students that progress slowly will have their payment period pushed out until they complete their respective weeks/units which could exceed twelve months. This report will identify students who have reached 12 months without a SAP review.
