Report Description

This report provides an ability to view results of an NSLDS TSM/FAH import file process. The report shows both processed and unprocessed students, allowing the user to identify which students were not correctly loaded into Regent award.

To access this report, the user can navigate to an NSLDS Process Log Details for a specific process in the Process Log and click the "NSLDS FAH/TSM Import Process Report" button under the "Download File" link. The report will be opened in a separate tab.

Report Parameters / Filters

• IO Process ID

Output Columns

• Student External ID - external ID 1 of the student (if the student matched to an existing student in the system)
• First Name - first name of the student
• Last Name - last name of the student
• Date of Birth - student's DOB
• Pell Change Flag - "Yes" if pellChangeFlag = 1, "No" if 0
• Loan Change Flag - "Yes" if loanChageFlag = 1, "No" if 0
• Aggregates Change Flag - "Yes" if aggregatesChangeFlag = 1, "No" if 0
• TEACH Grant Aggregates Change Flag - "Yes" if teachGrantAggregatesFlag =1 , "No" if 0
• TEACH Grant Data Change Flag - "Yes" if teachGrantDataChangeFlag = 1, "No" if 0
• ACG Change Flag - "Yes" if acgChangeFlag = 1, "No" if 0
• SMART Change Flag. - "Yes" if smartChangeFlag = 1, "No" if 0
• Student ID - Internal Student ID in Regent Award if the student matched
• Status - whether the student was processed/unprocessed. Note that this is not the status of the process itself.
• Message - Validation error message if student was not processed without errors.
