The processes available for you to use are displayed in the Processes section of the Dashboard. The processes displayed are based upon the role that you logged in with. Each of the processes is detailed in the appropriate section of this document. If you do not see a process that you need access to, contact your system administrator.
To access a process to run, click on the process name.
The results from running a process are displayed in the process log.
Process Status
To see the status of any process you have run, click on the Process Log under Processes. To refresh the status, click on the circular green arrow. Once the process is completed, click the name of the process and the details related to that process will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click on the Students tab to view a listing of the students that were processed. If you click on the View Student icon, you will be taken directly to that student in the system.
If you click on the Error Log tab and you will be able to see any errors that occurred in the process.
You will be able to use the search and filter processes (see Student Search for details) in the process log to check the status of specific items.
