Understanding who your request is currently shared with: When reviewing a request in customer zone, you can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)
Step-by-step guide
- In the Regent Customer Zone Portal, access the request you wish to share
- Click the 'Share' button on the upper right (Screenshot 1)
- Enter the name of the person you wish to share your request with. You can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)add multiple participants to a request.
- Once shared, the participants will receive an email stating that the request has been shared with them.
- Participants will receive notifications for all future activity, unless said participant 'opt-out' by selecting that option in the email from Customer Zone or by selecting Don't notify me from Screenshot 1 below.
