This article describes how to share a request in Customer Zone with another participant in your organization.

In Regent's Customer Zone Portal, you may share a request with other individuals in your organization that have customer zone accounts.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Regent Customer Zone Portal, access the request you wish to share
  2. Click the 'Share' button on the upper right (Screenshot 1)
  3. Enter the name of the person you wish to share your request with.
  4. You can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)
