Understanding who your request is currently shared with: When reviewing a request in customer zone, you can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)


In Regent's Customer Zone Portal, you may share a request with other individuals in your organization that have customer zone accounts.Do you want to share the request with your entire organization? See this How-To Guide: See the step by step guide below for instructions on how to do this.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Regent Customer Zone Portal, access the request you wish to share
  2. Click the 'Share' button on the upper right (Screenshot 1)
  3. Enter the name of the person you wish to share your request with. You can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)add multiple participants to a request.
  4. Once shared, the participants will receive an email stating that the request has been shared with them.
  5. Participants will receive notifications for all future activity, unless said participant 'opts-out' by selecting that option in the email from Customer Zone or by selecting Don't notify me from Screenshot 1 below.
