Connecting to the Regent Education Client SFTP
Updated: 8/27/2014
1. Install an FTP client that supports SFTP/SSH. Regent Education recommends Filezilla
(http://filezilla-project.org/).
2. Using the FTP client, configure a new SFTP connection:
a. Host: customersftp.regenteducation.net
b. Port: 22
3. Log in with the username and password provided by your Regent Education Project Manager, or
contact Regent Education Client Support to request your username and password.
4. Once logged into the server, you will see a series of directories:
a. Directories appended with _FW are writable directories that are being watched by
Regent Education's Data Exchange processing software for files. For example, an ISIR file
dropped into the ISIRLoad_FW directory will be picked up and automatically processed
according to the setup for your institution.
b. Directories not appended with _FW are read only.
