The Work Study tab is used to track the student's employer(s) information and the amount a student with a Work Study award has earned toward his or her award.


Employer Tab

To enter Employer information, click on the Add New Record icon on the Employer tab.

Earnings Tab 

Payroll information can be either manually entered or imported from the school's payroll system. The Earnings grid displays the earnings by Calendar Year based on the Paid Date. To manually add earnings, click on the Add New Record icon.


The Paid Date and Transaction ID are required fields in Add Earning.
