General Functionality

From the ISIR tab, you can:

• View a summary list of the student's ISIRs

• Compare ISIRs 

• Print ISIRs – by clicking on the Print ISIR button

• Access ISIR details

• Change the student's active ISIR

• Make corrections to a student's ISIR 

• View comment codes (C-Codes) on a student's ISIR – by hovering over the code number

• View reject codes on a student's ISIR – by hovering over the code number

• Verify student information if the student has been selected for verification

View ISIR Details

To view ISIR details, click the row containing the ISIR that you wish to view. You can then click on one of the bars on the left center of the page to view the details of that section of the ISIR. (See Verification Tracking Group Menu Bars.) Clicking on the Start ISIR Verification/Correction Wizard button allows you to edit and verify the information in the ISIR if you have permission to do so. Any row containing CUI will populate a banner at the top and bottom of the ISIR details page. The banner text will show as follows: CUI//SP-TAX (Federal Taxpayer Controlled Unclassified Information).

Printing the ISIR

To print an ISIR from Regent Award, select the "Print ISIR" button. From here, a PDF is populated for the user to select and then print. A user's ability to print an ISIR or see the social security number on this page and printed report (and elsewhere in the system) is based upon permissions set by the system administrator.
