This article describes how to share a request in Customer Zone.

In Regent's Customer Zone Portal, you may share a request with other individuals in your organization or your whole organization. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Regent Customer Zone Portal, access the request you wish to share
  2. Click the 'Share' button on the upper right (Screenshot 1)
  3. Enter the name of the person you wish to share your request with. You may also enter the name of your organization if you wish to share your request with your whole organization.
  4. You can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)
