This article describes how to view and/or search for your previously submitted requests in the Regent Customer Zone Portal.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the Customer Zone Portal
  2. Click on 'Requests' in the upper right corner. Please see Screenshot 1 below.  
    1. You can choose to view only your requests by clicking on 'My Requests'
    2. Or you can view all requests by clicking 'All requests'. 
  3. This will bring you to a request view. Please see Screenshot 2 below.
  4. You may sort your requests using the filter options at the top or you may search using the search box. 
  5. Clicking on the Request Ticket ID will allow you to view the ticket details.
