This article describes how to view and access articles from the Regent Customer Zone Knowledge Base
Regent's Customer Zone Portal is located here: https://regenteducation.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3
Step-by-step guide
- Login to the Customer Zone Portal
- Type a keyword to indicate what information you are looking for in the search box at the top of the page. (Screenshot 1)
- The search box reads Find help articles and forms
- As you type, you will see matching article results populate in the list below the search box (Screenshot 2)
- Click on article to view it
