Accessing the Customer Zone Knowledge Base

This article describes how to view and access articles from the Regent Customer Zone Knowledge Base

Regent's Customer Zone Portal is located here: https://regenteducation.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the Customer Zone Portal
  2. Type a keyword to indicate what information you are looking for in the search box at the top of the page. (Screenshot 1)
    1. The search box reads Find help articles and forms
  3. As you type, you will see matching article results populate in the list below the search box (Screenshot 2)
  4. Click on article to view it
