Sharing a Customer Zone Request With Another Participant
This article describes how to share a request in Customer Zone with another participant in your organization.

In Regent's Customer Zone Portal, you may share a request with other individuals in your organization that have customer zone accounts. See the step by step guide below for instructions on how to do this.
Step-by-step guide
- In the Regent Customer Zone Portal, access the request you wish to share
- Click the 'Share' button on the upper right (Screenshot 1)
- Enter the name of the person you wish to share your request with. You can add multiple participants to a request.
- Once shared, the participants will receive an email stating that the request has been shared with them.
- Participants will receive notifications for all future activity, unless said participant 'opts-out' by selecting that option in the email from Customer Zone or by selecting Don't notify me from Screenshot 1 below.
