Sharing a Customer Zone Request With Your Organization

This article describes how to share a request in Customer Zone with your entire Organization.

Understanding who your request is currently shared with: When reviewing a request in customer zone, you can view who a request is shared with on the right hand side of the page (Screenshot 2)


In Regent's Customer Zone Portal, you may share a request with your whole organization. See the step by step guide below for instructions on how to do this.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Regent Customer Zone Portal, access the request you wish to share
  2. Click the 'Share' button on the upper right (Screenshot 1)
  3. Select your organization name. Once completed, your request is shared with your organization. This means that everyone from your organization, with an account in Customer Zone, can view this request in the portal. Users in your organization will also receive an email stating that the request has been shared with them.(Screenshot 3)
  4. This notification will also indicate that the user must view the request in the portal and select Get Notifications in order to opt-in to receiving further email notifications. (Screenshot 4)
