Student Experience Tokens

Overview

Link tokens can be inserted into specific customizable text areas (e.g. Institutional Message Text, Footer or Disclosure Information Message). Amount tokens can also be inserted into configurable messaging on the Regent Plan Disclosure Information Page within Student Experience to direct students to specific pages or surface calculated amounts within the Student Experience portal.

The following are lists of available Page Link Tokens and Amount tokens that can be inserted into specific customizable text areas.


Page Link Tokens

The following link can be added to configurable messaging areas within Student Experience to direct to the corresponding page.
  • {link|LINK TEXT|PATH}
    • 'link' identifies the link as an insertable token within configurable messaging.
    • 'LINK' will be the link text that will be displayed.
    • PATH is the Student Experience screen that will be displayed when clicked on. The following PATH screens are available to be configured:
      • dashboard
      • financial-aid
      • plan
      • plan/disclosure
      • useful-links
      • required-documents
      • message-center
      • help


Total Loan Amount Tokens


  • {TotalSubsidizedLoan}
    • The total amount of Subsidized Loans from NSLDS, ISIR, and Regent Award.
  • {TotalUnsubsidizedLoan}
    • The total amount of Unsubsidized Loans from NSLDS, ISIR, and Regent Award.
  • {TotalPerkinsLoan}
    • The total amount of Perkins Loans from NSLDS, ISIR, and Regent Award.
  • {TotalGraduatePLUS}
    • The total amount of Graduate PLUS Loans from NSLDS, ISIR, and Regent Award.
  • {TotalParentPLUS}
    • The total amount of Parent PLUS Loans from NSLDS, ISIR, and Regent Award where the student is the borrower.
  • {TotalOtherFederalLoans}
    • The total amount of Other Federal Loans from NSLDS and ISIR.
  • {TotalTitleIVLoans}
    • The total amount of Subsidized, Unsubsidized, Perkins, Graduate PLUS, and Parent PLUS Loans from NSLDS, ISIR, and Regent Award.
  • {TotalAlternativeLoans}
    • The total amount of Alternative Loans from Regent Award, where Official Fund Name is 'Other Loan', Fund Source is 'Other' and Fund Type is 'Loan'.
  • {TotalSubUnsubLoans}
    • The total amount of Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans from NSLDS, ISIR and Regent Award.
  • {AggregateLoanLimit}
    • The total Aggregate Loan Limit based on the student's grade level in Regent Award.
  • {TotalAggregateAmountRemaining}
    • The total Aggregate Loan amount remaining based on the student's total loan amounts and the student's Aggregate Loan Limit.


Total Interest Amount Tokens


  • {TotalSubUnsubInterest}
    • The total Subsidized and Unsubsidized interest amount based on the configured current Unsubsidized Loan interest rate and the Unsubsidized Loan Standard Repayment Period.
  • {TotalPLUSInterest}
    • The total Graduate PLUS and Parent PLUS interest amount based on the configured current Graduate PLUS Loan interest rate and the Graduate PLUS Standard Repayment Period.
  • {TotalPerkinsLoanInterest}
    • The total Perkins Loan interest amount based on the configured current Perkins Loan interest rate and the Perkins Loan Standard Repayment Period.
    • Note: Perkins interest rate should be configured with no Effective End Date since it is no longer being offered and will not change.
  • {TotalOtherFederalLoansInterest}
    • The total Other Federal Loans interest amount based on the configured current Other Federal Loan interest rate and the Other Federal Loans Standard Repayment Period.
    • Note: Only uses a Fund Name configured as 'Other Federal Loans'.
  • {TotalAlternativeLoanInterest}
    • The total Alternative Loan interest amount based on the configured current Alternative Loan interest rate and the Alternative Loan Standard Repayment Period.
    • Note: Only uses a Fund Name configured as 'Alternative Loan'.


Percentage Tokens


  • {AggregateSubUnsubPercentage}
    • The total Subsidized and Unsubsidized of the Aggregate Loan Limit used as a percentage.
  • {AggregateRemainingPercentage}
    • The total remaining Aggregate Loan Limit amount available as a percentage.


Monthly Payment Amount Tokens


  • {SubUnsubMonthlyPayment}
    • The Subsidized and Unsubsidized monthly payment amount based on the configured current Unsubsidized Loan interest rate and the Unsubsidized Standard Repayment Period.
  • {PLUSMonthlyPayment}
    • The Graduate PLUS and Parent PLUS monthly payment amount based on the configured current Graduate PLUS Loan interest rate and the Graduate PLUS Standard Repayment Period.
  • {PerkinsLoanMonthlyPayment}
    • The Perkins Loan monthly payment amount based on the configured current Perkins Loan interest rate and the Perkins Standard Repayment Period.
  • {OtherFederalLoansMonthlyPayment}
    • The Other Federal Loans monthly payment amount based on the configured current Other Federal Loans interest rate and the Other Federal Loans Standard Repayment Period.
    • Note: Only uses a Fund Name configured as 'Other Federal Loans'.
  • {AlternativeLoanMonthlyPayment}
    • The Alternative Loan monthly payment amount based on the configured current Alternative Loan interest rate and the Alternative Loan Standard Repayment Period.
    • Note: Only uses a Fund Name configured as 'Alternative Loan'.
