Important Highlights

  • Enhancements to R8’s program change capabilities to include Automated Substantially Equal and Automated Pre-start Program Changes.

    • Regulatory updates for 2017 – 2018 to support the new COD 4.0c schema, including changes for Enrollment Status values, and disbursement and program associations sent on the COD Export file.

      • Enrollment Status Override feature.

  • Updated data record layouts to support 2017 – 2018 processing during the COD Rebuild Process.

Additional highlights of this release include the following:

  • Enhanced Track Change functionality to allow for the creation of a new manual Academic Years (AY) at the start of the new track, that overlaps with the previous AY.

    • Updated the Awards Portlet in the Student Portal with new features to include general updates to the Awards Screen, a new loan counseling option, a new Cost of Attendance (COA) grid, and new Action options for the Awards grid.
