Student Portal Access

Overview

The Student Portal provides the ability for a student to view their Award Package and Missing Documents.



Accessing the Portal

All users will access the Regent Student Portal by creating an account, accessing an existing account or using a Single Sign-On (SSO) process to link to the Regent Student Portal via the school’s existing student portal. Once logged in, you are directed to the Portal Home page. This page displays identifying information, links to external websites that help you manage your loans and a summary of outstanding documents required to process your financial aid.

Students and parents are unable to log in to the portal at the same time using the same browser. The following validation message will be presented to the student/parent when attempting to login when an active session is already present: "(Username) is currently logged into the application. This user must log out before you can access this website. Please, have them logout and click here to continue. If you continue and the user has not logged out, they will be automatically logged out."

Document Portlet

To manage the collection of missing information in the ‘Required Documents’ page, select ‘More...’ in the ‘Required Documents’ portlet. Please see Student Submission of Documents from the Portal for further information.

Awards Portlet

To manage awards, select the "My Awards" link to access the Awards Portlet. Please see Student Acceptance of Awards from the Portal for further information.
