If you do not see a process that you need access to on your home page/dashboard, contact your system administrator and ask them to check the permissions in the role(s) available to you.

If you do not see a report or process that you need access to on your home page/dashboard, contact your system administrator and ask them to verify that the report has been installed through Enterprise Setup and to check the permissions in the role(s) available to you to access the report.
