1 Purpose

5.1 Scheduled Processes
Actors
User with appropriate permissions

Pre-condition (The planning process when adding a new or updating existing Scheduled Processes and documenting other configuration areas that need to be updated)
School would like to create a scheduled process
Add new or update existing schedule in the Runbook
Basic Flow
The user navigates to the Processes tab:
Select a process that allows a “Saved Parameter Set”
Chooses selected parameters.
Selects “Save Selected Parameters.”
Enters a name for the parameter set and clicks Save.
Navigates to the “Saved Parameter Sets” process.
Ensures the “Saved Parameter Set” is active.
The user navigates to the “Scheduled Processes” process:
Clicks “Add New Schedule.”
Selects “Active.”
Enters a name.
Selects “Process Type”.
Selects “Parameter Set.”
Enters a description.
Selects “Frequency”; for example, if daily is selected, the user:
Chooses the number of days the process will occur.
Enters a start time.
Selects a time zone.
Enters a start date and end date (optional.)
Clicks Save.
Post-condition
Scheduled process runs successfully according to configuration.
