5.1 Manually Program Units Override via Packaging Overrides

Actors

• User with appropriate permission for Packaging Overrides

• Regent Award

Pre-condition

• The student’s required program units have varied from the configured required program units, typically based on courses taken.

Basic Flow

1. The User navigates to the Academic Plan tab:

   1. Clicks on Packaging Overrides

      Open

      

   2. Clicks on Edit Program

      Open

      

   3. Enters the Manual Override Value units

   4. Selects No Override, Yes or No for ‘Use for SAP MTF Calculation’.

      1. Note: This feature is specific to schools that are tracking SAP MTF in Regent Award - calculated Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Maximum Time Frame (MTF).

   5. Clicks Save

   6. Navigates back to the Academic Plan

   7. Packages student using Modify Academic Plan (MAP) to ensure packaging has been updated accordingly

   8. Confirms units have been reduced or increased according to the manual override

Post-condition

• The student’s Academic Plan is updated accordingly.

Alternative Flow

• The User clears all override values.

• The User navigates back to the Academic Plan:

  • MAPs student to ensure packaging has been updated accordingly

  • Confirms units have been reduced or increased according to the manual override
