Using Pre-Configured Reasons
If a document requirement is placed in an incomplete and or unsatisfied status, a reason should be added so that the student can view the information in the student portal as to why and/or what they need to do next. In order to insure consistency in the reason being delivered to the student, reasons can be preconfigured in institutional setup on the Document Reasons subtab. Once this is done, the appropriate reason can be selected when you add or edit a document requirement. You still have the ability to add a reason rather than selecting one from the drop down.
