Summary Tab

When you initially access a student record, the student's summary page is displayed. On this tab, you will see the student's basic demographic information and application status.

A photo of the student can be manually uploaded. If the institution has multiple sites (campuses), the name of the site is displayed on this tab. Your ability to see the social security number on this page (and elsewhere in the system) is based upon permissions set by the system administrator.  Additionally, you can set the assignee for tasks related to the student.

The right-hand side of the summary page displays high-level information on the student's program of study and enrollment.
