The OGBs include use cases that schools can utilize as a stand alone operational process document or incorporate into the school's Standard Operational Policies/ Procedures (SOPs.) Related Customer Zone Knowledge Base (CZKB) articles and links are incorporated in the documents (where applicable.)
Through each iteration of the implementation, the Regent team will direct schools to the appropriate OGBs that correspond with the iteration.
