Report Description

This report provides data for all of the COD Export Processes executed from Regent Award.  The award offers drill down capabilities in to the award totals exported and per student award and disbursement details, as well as a summary of the exceptions (errors) related to each export.  Report should be sortable by clicking on the column headings.

  • Enterprise
  • Institution (multi-select – default to all selected)
  • Campus  (multi-select – default to all selected)
  • Site  (multi-select – default to all selected)
  • Process Executed Date From

First Level Report

Output Columns

  • Batch ID
  • IO Process ID
  • Executed On
  • COD Document ID
  • (count of) Students with Errors (link to report drill-down)

Drill-down from “Students Exported” link.  This drill-down will show the data from the export file per student, across all funds.
