Report Description

This report identifies a listing of students who either previously or currently have a Direct Loan and thus need to be reported to NSLDS.  It includes all students who previously or currently have a Federal Student Loan (Sub, Unsub, or PLUS) and who have any course start dates on or after the “Last Active” specified in the selection set. This is a "point in time" report, not tied to a term or Payment Period.

Output Columns

• External Student ID (1 thru 4 as applicable)
• Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Note: The "Social Security Number (SSN)" output value is associated with the "View full SSN via "View Full SSN" icon" permission or the "Full SSN always Unmasked" permission.  When either permission is enabled, users see full SSN ("123456789"). When both permissions are disabled, users see a masked SSN (xxxxx6789").
